| From the Where2sing.com forum: That iSing contraption in today's main article sounds like a nifty little device, doesn't it? I just LOVE gadgets and that one's pretty darn cool considering you can add your own lyrics to songs. Ah... the possibilities! Hehehe. I just saw at YouTube today a guy who had created his own music video in which he sang new lyrics and played guitar to the backing music of a great 80s rock song called 'You've Got The Touch' from the original animated Transformers movie (not to be confused with another luvvy duvvy song of the same name). I know through experience that karaoke folk love to change the lyrics to songs for humorous effect, so I think it's a great idea to have that feature on the iSing cos there is already a ready made market for it in the karaoke community.
Wonder what it's recording quality is like and how reliable it is given there's a multitude of mp3 creating software programs out there. Perhaps not all encode the vocals the same way as the iSing requires to interpret them. Very cool gizmo in any case. When they put it into a cell phone, then I'll probably be interested in having one. The less things I have to carry around, the better.
