The powered Rode NT 2-A I mentioned a few posts back. No fx. Just run through a little Phonic MU 502 premix, with a slight but equal increase in Treble and Bass, fed straight from the headphone jack, straight into the computer's 'Line in' jack (it's mic input went kaput for some reason after an almighty crash last year and I've never managed to get it working again). Volume took a bit of adjustment both at the site and on the pre-mix to keep from distorting but it seems good enough. When fed from the Main Out on the pre-mix, there was way too much distortion

Yeah. I've just emailed them again but this time specifically pointing out the songs that won't play as well as listing others I've recorded but are as yet not showing. I did so because first of all, I am hoping that narrows the problem down for them so they can fix it sooner and second, I see others have since recorded some of the same stuff, yet their recordings play back fine. Meanwhile, my unplayable ones are getting shunted down the list, making it unlikely anyone new is going to play them which is annoying. I may just have to try rerecording and see if that bumps me up the list a bit.
Who'd have thunk singer rotation would be an issue on a recording website??? Hehehe.
