| From the Where2sing.com forum: Thanks for all the replies to my comments on 19/8.I would have replied earlier but I only tune in now and then.Yes I agree that fair rotation is of upmost importance but in any type of business and sucess there are judgement calls to be made in the case of a circumstance.R&V understands this and I have yet to see a textbook on how to manage a karaoke show.I was mainly referring to the the people who arrive before the show and sprout wings to get their songs in.The audience who are there early stay to be entertained-by good and bad-but sameness sometimes requires adjustment.Those who arrive after the show starts are added to the list then later of course new singer old singer.A good start breeds a good show and then the atmosphere looks after the rest of the night.It great to hear comments from the singers-Tom,Tony the Truckie and harpoet who respect good judgement.Sometimes there is give and take and again I say no one misses out-to the degree that most of our shows go overtime.
