From the Where2sing.com forum:

I'm looking for a bit of discussion here on a topic that I haven't needed to consider before. It's about those who can't subscribe because they don't have all their W2S rights.

The main reason people lose rights is when they cost me time - which means they have done something purposefully detrimental to the site information (eg: knowingly marked a running gig as cancelled, contributed knowingly false information) which requires my personal intervention to put right. Someone who simply shills is not banned, or even when someone Signs In under a duplicate email address, because I have coded the site to identify and control/fix these events.

But people change, and sometimes there's a realisation that W2S is a valuable resource, and then the person wishes to subscribe. At present this is unavailable to them because only those with all their rights can subscribe (previously a host who had lost a 'right' did subscribe, then demanded cancellation and a refund when criticised for continued bad behaviour on the site - and this is what prompted the rule that all 'rights' are needed to be able to subscribe).

Now, my question is how a person should be able to get back all their rights, and thus be able to subscribe. Any thoughts?
