| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi every one, now here’s a great idea one of our singers has done.
Now I know it’s not new but the way she has gone about this is really great.
Her sister is having a Birthday this week so rather than have the added expense of hiring Karaoke on the weekend and finding a Hall or house to have it at, all she has done is just invited all her friends to the local Hotel were Karaoke is being held.
Again I know it’s not new, but she has had business type cards printed out inviting everyone to her sisters Birthday party.
On the card is the time it starts and finishes, the address of the Hotel (in this case Peaky), that it’s a Karaoke Birthday party, etc, etc.
Now all that was left to do was to organize with the Karaoke Host and Hotel management so we can co-inside the birthday cake and Happy Birthday song at the appropriate time and hey presto a great but cost effective Birthday party.
Now we have had a lot of Birthday parties at Peaky over the last 4 years but this one seems to be well put together.
So if you are having a Birthday Party and want Karaoke and a relatively cost affective one then I suggest you speak to your local Karaoke Host about it.
