| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi all, I'm after some info. I am trying to find out what constitues a profesional singer. There seems to be a lot of different views. The best one i have heard so far is: a proffesional entertainer is someone who derives there main source of income from that profession. Can anyone help? We will be running a comp and as in the past we will be asked what is an amature. We have a number of singers who sing in bands, but recieve little money from this, should they be excluded?
