| From the Where2sing.com forum: Ray - Had the wrong channel on and what would you expect coming from a Pro anyway we have middle daughter and son in law both Pro's and won't come near Karaoke for the same fact, yes perception, we seem to be in a double barelled industry, however it gets back to individual venues and how pro active they want to be towards talent and or singing syrupers,regardless the perception towards Karaoke will still live on as it was first designed in Japan (Goddammm) I mean, not that I watch IDOL but how many times do the judges refer to the 'Karaoke' performances during the heats?
Judges in last comp were recruited from Theatre, producers,directors and singers and a sponsor it worked well..
