| From the Where2sing.com forum: Just another point of view on professional band singers.I've found that most have their comfort zone and can only handle the the key that they've learnt their special list of songs in.I think that the experienced karaoke singer knows more songs and is more versatile than most pro singers where practice makes them perfect.Only the other night we did a private show and the 'hero' of the night was a guy who had sung in bands for years.I'm not the best singer in the world but I had to get him on key or pick the key nearly eveytime and I'd never done the songs before.I think many of the pros are a little scared to sing with the karaoke singers for fear of being embarrassed.Bring them on and lets see how they go.
