| From the Where2sing.com forum: Reading the story on the front page. WOW like what the story about .is it about Karaoke or someone that feels they are about it all.
I hope the person that submited this is not someone I know as the people I know normally are down to earth and this person is in the clouds and needs to get over themselves really.
If you are so above karaoke why are you even here in this web site ,go back to your professional gig if you are so good and dont waste time of the fun loving people that make up karaoke.
Karaoke is a platform that can lead to a so called professional gig. Being a professional singer is not just about being able to sing well or even perform but it is about putting bums on seats. In order to do this people have to like you .Now if you are a person that is above it all and think you are great ,well the fact is that people will think you are a wanker and noone wishes to pay money to go see a wanker.
I would say to this person cut the crap and put your money where your mouth is , Prove to us that you are a better performer then any one that comes here.let me judge you and if you wish I am just a little two bid karaoke singer but I would love to compete agaist you anywhere anytime. And hey I am not that good but I am sure I can out perform a wanker anyday.
So the challange is there for you and I will put my money down ,Will you?
Have you ever wondered if the great sound you hear is just in your head and maybe you are total rubbish but the nice kind of people at karaoke give you a big clap because they being kind hearted people feel sorry for you singing that sounds like a cat in a washing machine. have you even wondered why people drag you off the stage or why you wish to sing at a venue that only has a few people in it.
It is nice to see you beleive in yourself but it is time for you to wake up now.
It is funny you know sometime people come here to get free info on the gigs and access to the site here so to do this they put in bullshit reveiws or none fact stories to do so and the problem with this is that they dont come back for a while to respond to the back lash of the POO POO they leave here in this site. I shame really
