I am not concerned for your show. I've seen it and know it is good. I was merely having a guess what the negative effect of prizes was that LeatherBaron raised as a possible issue.

Getting a sense of de ja vu here.
I did NOT take issue with character at all with either Guest or Ray.
The Guest situation, I believe I put to bed last post to you.
The thing to take special note of with Ray was his 2 part introduction of having a gripe with me and being a reader of my posts for the better part of a year. This gives the impression that his relevant comments must be from an informed opinion. None of them was. In his position I would have been embarrassed to have stated so many things as fact when they were anything but.
He then went on to state his case which was all merely his opinions and assumptions but I know how influential such things can be when presented in certain ways. In this case, he was so vague that he left things open to interpretation but there was enough spin on the comments to influence a negative outcome. The power of gossip is formidable. I couldn't let things slide with Ray's comments when there were such glaring errors of judgement there which could influence readers' opinions - opinions of ME, not of the facts. I was addressing that and that alone. I DO work. I DO have a plan and there ARE valid reasons for why I have not yet achieved my goals.
So, no. No emotional over reaction or misunderstanding of what was said at all. I was merely addressing the points that I realized could be taken out of context by others and affect my reputation directly. (Reputation and character are 2 very different things so I hope you and I are not simply talking at cross purposes here based on the misuse of a word on your part, are we? I don't mean to imply that you HAVE misused it. I'm just putting it out there as a possibility we have a mutual misunderstanding. If that is not the case, then I hope this discussion has been settled now).
