ARGH!!! What's going on with you westie-oke people? You think of heading to Chatty and you don't tell me till last minute? Would have loved to have seen you there too. :( As it is, I didn't wind up sleeping till well past midnight, so I should have come along anyway. I might not have sounded too crash hot after being awake for so long but it still would have been fun. Mind you, having said that, if I had shown up, someone like the Ray who posted here or someone curious to see if he was right would probably be in attendance and make a big fuss over how lousy I sounded and reinforced their idea of my unmarketable self, huh? LOL So just as well perhaps that I didn't attend but I'll be back again soon. I have made many friends through karaoke in that area and so I always manage to have fun with them when I go along and sometimes outside of karaoke too.

OMG!! I completely forgot about that venue despite being a regular there. Assuming that was when Lindsay was assistant KJ, your path and mine must have crossed at some stage.
I do recall Ritchie had thoughts of becoming an exotic dancer and yes, he could do it. I somehow doubt he will follow through with it but then, I also recall he gave himself a deadline of reaching musical stardom before age 35, which he would have turned a few months back so maybe he will become a dancer as an alternative.
As for the situation of Lindsay and me, it's cool. I think it was early 2003 when we ceased contact so it's not like it's been the bane of our existence or anything. Hehehe.
The proverbial door I told her I'd leave open for her to walk through if ever she wanted to rekindle the friendship has long since shut of its own accord. I am happy for her success and if our paths cross again, I'm cool with it but either way, I doubt either of us is going to lose sleep over it. Heck. I hardly sleep now as it is! LOL
