| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi GregW.....This subject is good , but really you can't place ' band singers ' along side of karaoke singers as to compare one or the other is not doing justice to either , band singer must work in the confinement of ' a band ' that is musicians and must work to a high professional standard , in other words they can not get it wrong on the night at all where as a karaoke can stuff up and no-one cares plus bands usually work towards a niche market , what ever that market may be and the rehearse much much more than karaoke singers so to get to that higher standard , that is earning money for singing....
