| From the Where2sing.com forum: Well, it comes that time of the year when Australian Idol ends! So who will be the winner?.... I am hoping its Kate but I think the general consensus will fall with Emily. But to be honest, I am a little disappointed that Lee did not get through as I think Australia needs something a little different. I for one am tired of hearing the same sound day in and day out.
When I switch on the radio I want to be able to hear a song and know who is singing it instead of playing the guessing game, which seems to happen alot of late! I am a big fan of originality not just in song but also in vocal talent!
No longer am I happy to be satisfied with someone who is good at mimicking another singer, give me originality over general vocal talent ANY DAY!
