| From the Where2sing.com forum: interesting first let me say thank you swingingcat sideline and lairepimenipenol for nice comments. the rest of you i just don't know what to say but nothing. As i was always taught if you can help someone do it as it costs nothing. What happened at the LA on wed was simple not a man trying to take over just an offer to help which was excepted. If you want the full story ask me in person or ask the host of the show. There are way to many people out there thinking they know all when if you could hear the comments from the sideline (no pune intented 'sideline) on not just the venue but the people that attent the events. people look at the big picture help each other and make this area better for Karaoke not winge and carry on. If the Karaoke sceen is a happy one then more venues would be up and running so we could all have fun places to go. PS not all of us want to run or be an MC at Karaoke, in my case I help out from time to time when needed by choice at different venues if asked and yes some times i offer just to give them a break.So beleive me or not I don't care but I enjoy the Karaoke sceen and the people i hang out with as we enjoy eachothers company and singing from the good to the not so good but we are all having fun and in the end thats what we are looking for. PS people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones so unless you have something nice or constructive to say to me on here dont bother using my Nicename in vain.To those who seem to have bees in their bonnet 'bad luck' 'get a life' don't live in mine.
