| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi Andrew, I've been in the music industry on both sides of the fence and honestly have never heard a midi file that came remotely close to a live band recording. I have bought many midi tracks (mostly mp3 recorded) for songs I can't get through normal means and would love to hear a midi track that doesn't sound like a german beer song.
In fact I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is...If you can create 12 songs for me sequenced through midi I am happy with, I will pay you $200 per song for the rights to them.
We'll vote right here as to what 12 they should be and put them for download with karaoke lyrics which I'll create. I'll pay the Amcos and associated fees and charge a couple of bucks per download to recoupe the dollars.
