From the Where2sing.com forum:

Tom,
Whilst a may agree with some of your comments , you really are starting to sound like a broken record where noise levels are concerned. Most people know that if you go to a pub the sound will generally be loud. Maybe you should try The Bowls Clubs and R.S.Ls for your Karaoke fix, they generally have a max DB level of no more than 95. Your choice is to act on your feet and leave if it is to loud, it is that simple. Or is your agenda to get people to agree with you and rally local Govt to put noise restrictions on all venues? Do that and see how many Karaoke and other forms of Music Entertainers will be put out of work.
