Karaoke to me is all bout fun and i will let you know just quickly why i decided to start hosting. my regular karaoke venue a nice pub, no pokies, friendly family atmosphere, was hosted for along time up until december by a usually great host, young, energetic, kept the crowd involved just generally a good host. However latley the host became very blaze and not caring, not mixing paying no attention. the last show i went to with this host i got up with a friend to sing Almost Here a duet he looks us in the eye and says choose another song i dont like that one! this annoyed me to point where i went and had a talk with management who i knew very well considering it was my local and talked about replacing this host, they agreed fed up with the host themselves. I guess it shows that the patrons are to be valued, the regulars to be acknowledged and new punters welcolmed. Knowing this i intended to do just that. once again thanks for your tips.
