| From the Where2sing.com forum: James T Orr and RockStar INXS : I agree with James that this show is something out of the box per se. But the intentions and the end result of this show is different to Idol or PopStars. The real judges, the people with the real say in the end, are the remaining members of INXS. They are looking for a compatible band member, someone not to only replace Hutchence, but someone they can also look on as their 'equal'. They are looking for an all-round musician, a songwriter, an arranger, a performer, a frontman ... that will fit the INXS mould ... they can just about visualise and describe on paper what they are looking for ... and I think any of the final 3 (JD at evens fav, Marty 3-1 and Filipino-Aussie Mig 7-1) fits the bill. In my opinion, age-wise (the 3 of them are aged early to mid 30s) and looks (all youthful looking), not one of them fits in nicely with the remaining ageing INXS line-up. Nonetheless, my money is on Mig at a juicy 7-1 in a 3-hourse race - I think he has the biggest vocal range, and is a better showman and chick-magnet (much like Hutchence) than the other 2 !
