Your singing was just fine on the day you perfectionist you. I know I can come across as a bit over-confident in my abilities sometimes but that's only cos I've heard me at my best more often than anyone else has. In fact, some folk have only ever heard me at my worst or mediocre and thus have low opinions of my singing which is understandable from that perspective. Having said that, I think you are far too humble for your own good, mum #3! You ought to know that even at less than your best, you can still outsing a heck of other people and I thought you did great at the bbq.
Don't know if you will be at St Marys for Alex's birthday but gf and I will be - or at least, I will be. Not sure about gf at this stage as she has quite a hectic day booked for herself that day and given how far she will have to travel, I am banking that she will be too tired to come out after it all but there is a glimmer of hope. Time will tell.

Thanks for the birthday wishes. Had a wonderful day. Even got some karaoke singing done at ksolo. Sound settings proved too problematic for a couple of songs but the ones I did get done with little fuss were fun!

It was lovely seeing you and Legend at Northmead the other night. How good were some of the singers there that night?!? WOW! Was very flattered when that guy John came over to compliment me cos he has a fantastic voice.
It was also surprising to see you dancing!! You won't go up stairs but you'll line dance?!? What the??? LOL

Yeah! I was disappointed to run late that day and miss you and Bling and you are so right! The pool with us guys around would have been a breeding ground of danger for the rest of the crew! Hoo hoo hoo hoo ha ha ha!!! I didn't wind up swimming cos I didn't know the other guys who did go in the pool and by that stage, Ceepat was only indulging in brief dips. Plus my gf doesn't take to the water like I do, so it would have been rather lonely without someone to raise a watery hell for everyone else with. LOL. NEXT time, eh?!
