| From the Where2sing.com forum: I occasionally get a complaint from a venue that their gig is listed on W2S, but that it's no longer running and please could we stop sending people there. Last time I looked, very few venues control their gig listings - a couple of those who do are those who also run their own karaoke. Several venues push their hosts into maintaining their listing. But then I've also exchanged emails with managers and then later asked them casually and anonymously over the bar about W2S or there being any karaoke website, and drawn a complete blank. I've also been told by hosts that no W2Sers come to their gigs, yet been told about W2S by the odd singer at that gig. It's a strange world
