You could make Karaoke better by creating the point of contact with the host. This way the promblem could be sorted via the host to the venue. There could be a chance you visited on the only night of the year that the PA was out on a service and the next day there could be plans for a PA upgrade better than you have see at the venue before. It is good to see you are trying to help and I know you mean well and are one that shares a passion to better the industry for higher standards and I admire the drive you have to do that.
