By your own admission W2S 'provides the best way for comments......' and I agree however 'anonymity' does not protect any of us in singers comment nor should it, regardless if it is read or not read by Host or Venue I believe it offers consumers an opportunity to be part of the 'Venue Experience' offering some form of ownership and as such we as Hosts and Venue operators would be wise to utilise this very important marketing input!
The lack of reply can suggest a number of things however if the required changes are made at this venue how will you know if its attributable to your email or from dialogue here on W2S (General/NSW Forums or Singers Comments)???
