Just wasnt a good night for us and I was hoping to get out but it seemed a much better idea to stay home giving all that has been happening the last week with Legend. Was a nice night out last night though and possibly taking my stepdaughter to overlander next sunday when she up for school holidays.
Only one thing I cant stand though. Was a great night by Mel and Darren ( and getting to be tormented by born2sing and the lovely Rach ), but people who dance in front of screen ( they have a double sided one..shows lyrics to both singer and audience ), and then just put their drinks on ur table and congregate in such a large group and whistle ( the kind that blows ur eardrums apart ) and carry on makes it hard to enjoy the night. Wasnt all night mind you. But was disappointing when they just centre the attention on themselves and are virtually drowning out the singer. We left before it finished as I had a headache. Mel and Darren run a great karaoke and cant wait to take Emma ( stepdaughter )..just hope though we can hear her sing and not watch the yahoo's again blocking our view.
Mic : I would have booed at her too. What a stupid woman. How dare she critisize your show. Even better, how good is it that everyone stood up for you !! See proves your a popular host hun and people love you. Woohoo....Hope to see you again soon. Have missed you. Just been a lot going on this week. Big hugs
