| From the Where2sing.com forum: I use CCR as an example as a lot of their songs seem to have a very solid 'base' if you will that you can then use to build apon, almost as if the songs are just the frame for which you can hang your own stuff on. Think Tina Turner's Proud Mary, Bonnie Tyler's Have You Ever Seen The Rain, even Ryan Starr (RockStar: Supernova) did a great Fortunate Son... Seems to really lend itself to covers...
