| From the Where2sing.com forum: Ray....I understand your frustration and clearly this host / venue needs to ' advertise ' there rules & conditions with much more consistency so every person clearly understands what is expected of them and there performance and there suitabilities for that Comp from the out-set of the night , information sheets available at bar & tables from the very start of the night / advertising white board / host explaining rules prior to commencement of show , detailing rules & conditions so all competitors are Fully informed and then they can decide if its worth there time and effect to continue with the Comp , the under-handed way ( according to your comment ) this show is running the Comp is very negative and in the long run will do them ( host & venue ) No favours and will sour many peoples view of karaoke in general .
