| From the Where2sing.com forum: Tom, you'll find the gig is still running and that ev-ent are now doing it. We do other gigs for the club (DJs/Trivia) and our trivia host (Trent) was aproached by management and asked if we could fill the gap.
We have and thankfully saw no sign of the trouble you reported last week.
The place was packed (not just with footy players) all night with 28 individual singers.
I do hope your comments weren't directed at us as the link next to my name will testify that I might just know a little about maintaining business.
The show was originally cancelled the first time not because it wasn't successful but because of an in fight between 2 club staff/board members.Both have since moved on.
