| From the Where2sing.com forum: Fossie n Joan : It was an absolute ball last night. Energetic, fun and always enjoyable. Legend and I were proud to be there to support you both. It was fun sitting with Catman and Co and Nelly, Ivan and Cheryl too. They had a ball and we were singing, clapping and cheering because we couldnt help ourselves. 63 singers and everyone got a song. I heard nothing but favourable comments even from those that werent singing, but who loved the sound and the enthusiasm that was shown all night by Fossie. Joan singing ' Simply the Best ' was a great end to a terrific night. And FJ's is SIMPLY THE BEST.
There was an Ad on tv that used to say ' FOSTERS is Australian for Beer '...well my saying now is ' FJ's is Australian for Karaoke !! '. Well done guys, we love you both and will catch up with you again on saturday night.
MIc : I didnt get a chance to say how much Legend and I loved being at your show on Mothers Day. Bling looked gorgeous as always and you so dashing in your white suit. You had terrific sound and made the night so special for all of us being the first cab of the rank in this Merry go Round of hosts at the Band Club. 54 singers was an awesome amount and you made everyone feel like a Star. Between you and FJ's, Legend and I would find it hard to decide if it came to a vote who would we want to see there as the regular show hosting. But if either of your 2 shows get the gig we will be supporting either of you 2 and loving every minute of it.
Catman : I have almost used up all my anticol lollies and my throat is so much deeper than it was on our phone call today so I will be resting the rest of the week in order to be ready for the RSL on sat... lol...By the way...hows Chicken Little doing after all that Sambucca last night ? haha...
