I've heard alot of reports from patrons and staff who were there on the night and yes the boys were a bit out of hand but no more than you would expect from your regular pub.
I can see why people who are used to Chatty might be uncomfortable but in those situations do what sane people do Tom and leave!
On yours and Gazz's word management acted and banned the boys from karaoke, what more do you want?
As for you squaring up to the guy and telling him he's drunk and should leave, are you surprised you copped a bit of flack?
