| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hey Leatherbaron, I haven't had the easiest experience buying from Capital Karaoke.
Having worked in customer service, I think they can make process easier. When making an order online, there is no record given to customer of what you have ordered, and pricing information is sketchy.
I had placed an order online, he replied promptly by phone, but asking if I still wanted to go ahead with order.
I said yes of course (I had just placed the order), and to please email me details
He emailed me a short message, saying
'Total amount is $..., if you are paying by credit card please call me on .... or email me back'
I emailed back after 10 days, asking for an invoice so I could send payment as I couldn't use credit card at that time.
He emailed back, saying that he had cancelled the order, and now one of the disks was sold out.
I replied, wow that was quick, if he could more of that disk, and to confirm which other disks I did order, and send them in the meantime.
His reply was: Yes we can get them about 4 weeks.
to which I replied: Thanks, please order it for me.
In the meantime, please send the other disks that I ordered.
I ordered online so don't have a record of which disks they are, so please reply with the disk no.s and names.
His reply: How do you want to make payment ?
I emailed him back and said, I can transfer money but please confirm my order, which disks have I ordered.
I would just like to know what I am paying for, and going to get, seems like a normal transaction process.
Does anyone have any contacts at Capital to provide feedback to them and improve process ?
