David I seen you removed the post that El barto submitted and after reading the post can understand why you did. No disrepect to El barto intended but I guess we all need to consider ours values when it comes to using people within our joke that are less able then others. I agree with your reasons for pulling post like that.
I also agree with the point you rasied in respect to letting people settle in before judging there post as we all do wish to encourage new forumers here.
It is a new subscription year and I for one will be trying to make sure I am giving value to this forum so in return can expect value back from it. I feel to start attacking people here is not productive and only scares off new forumers.
I also feel as you have the power to do so that perhapes you may consider removing post that are a direct attack at others Like Mr N towards Mr B so that people like myself does feel the need to protect and stand up for valued and respected forumers like Mr B.
Mr N may just have something to offer to this forum and if his post was removed from the start and a standard post from yourself pointing out the rules from above ( must avoid personal attacks,) was given as a replacment I am sure he would understand that there is no point in attacking others upon enrty to this site.
I understand you can not be here all the time to police this and nor should you. I for one will be making an effort here to hold back my response from now on to give you the chance to inform the new forumer.
Sure I in the past have been some what an attacker in some cases but will try to be a little bit more reserved from now on. I will try and be a good boy.
We do need to make sure good people like MR B dont leave due to seeing this forum continuing to be a place for negitive attacks.
As for Mr N . Yes I was the first to see the post and i my first response to him I feel it was not all that bad. I was having my fun and said what i wanted to say. If someone is going to put shit on johnny in a unfair unwarranted way then I will provide them with the service they are looking for. Put shit on me and I will continue to provide the service they are after. I am Glad I was able to entertain them for a short while. But its all done now and I take it as a grain of salt. No big deal really and in fact i dont even know why I am responing now with so many miss spelt words.
In closing I would like to invite and welcome Norton back to the forum and hope that he now becomes apart of it, I am sure he has a lot to offer and look forward to his contribution to the site.
