| From the Where2sing.com forum: Kev......the old fashion approach works fine.As a host it's all about awareness---either tell them they are up next or check out the room so you know they are there or if you've seen them duck to the loo or for a smoke just put up the next singer them seek them out.I'm prepared to go computer,if I think the times right but I feel that the every second saved approach is nurturing production line karaoke and entertainment is not as formal as that.To me the unexpected is part of the normal flow of the night and if it takes 10 minutes overtime to catch up to production line--so be it.
