| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi guys, Sorry that I've been away from the forums for a while. I decided to stay away while there were so many mindless attackers just making things up to attack me.
The reason why i was being attacked was because of the work I have been doing to get Judy and Mark of Twilight Karaoke a gig as promised.
For those who don't know the story, Judy had her show stolen by a heartless operator whilst her husband was in hospital (I've heard in a coma)
We promised support and thats what we have delivered, the first show is tonight!
I have kept it away from W2S so the operator could not make more trouble for Judy before the start of the show but I can now announce the details..
The show is The Grey Gums Hotel in Penrith and we need all the support we can get to secure this gig for Judy.
As for who will be running it, we have decided to do the show just as we would do any Everything Entertainment gig with our own staff and equipment til Judy is ready to get back to work.
What this means is that Judy does not have to spend time away from Mark in these precious few months but will have a much needed weekly cash injection which was so cruely taken away from her in her hour of need.
She and Mark will also have the peice of mind that when she is ready to get back to work there will be a gig to go to not far from home.
But thats only if we secure this gig, so how about it people? Will we be seeing some big hearted W2S people turn up at the Grey Gums tonight to show Judy we care?
Tell your friends the more people come the more chance we have of winning this gig for Judy and Mark!
Just before I sign off I would like to thank all the kind W2S people who have supported me in my absence and given me so many messages of support over the past couple of weeks.
i hope to see a few of you tonight, the first round is on me.
