Hi ALL, Tutu here. I just happen to be at Karaoke Kool's house (Elisabeth & Steve), and Elisabeth was kind enough to let me respond on her computer to the comments posted. My not being a paid up member of Where2sing, I have to write reviews to get access. So I miss a lot of the comments posted, hopefully my comments are constructive, and not destructive. I remember the movie Bambi, where Thumper says 'my mama always told me, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all'. Mr double-R, I should mention first of all, that Elisabeth & Steve have become very good friends of mine, and of my family. Which is not that surprising, to any reasonable person, who has ever met them. I personally, am very friendly with acquaintances from Karaoke, but if I call someone a friend, I mean it ! Yes I do frequent a lot of Karaoke Kool's venues, and the reason is, they set such a high standard, why would I want to go anywhere else? Remember too, I can only be in one place at one time. I am pretty sure, I know who you are double-R, I have not met too many people at Karaoke, who are as petty as you, and you do, stand out! I do not hide behind nicknames, my name is Desmond, and friends have affectionately called me Tutu, for obvious reasons, and sometimes the Bishop. Double-R, please stop with your negative attitude, don't single out any one show, or person, and give a negative slant. I personally like 'TALL POPPIES', they challenge me and others to aspire to be as good as them, by improving our performance. If we chop them down, and they lose their passion, it will not make us professionally, or morally any better. Have a nice day everybody, and if you do like good sound have a look at the 'Bose L1's'.
