I cant say I have ever frequented a Karaoke Show where the Host hasnt been anything but professional. But i can relate to what Kev says about singers and the way they hold the microphones and or sing into them. Im far from being a good singer but even I know not to cover the head of the microphone when ur trying to sing into it. Its amazing how many people have bad microphone technique ..and im not just talking at normal karaoke nights .....I have seen this a few times in comp finals too ...and u just wonder sometimes how these people got that far and what they would actually sound like if they held the microphone correctly and the host was allowed to mix it properly for them. Sorry but i agree with Kev and Im not even a Karaoke Host
