| From the Where2sing.com forum: A talented and well respected member of the karaoke community died this last week. John Gale (sp?) he inspired others with his singing and the way he spoke with you. For me, he encouraged my carrying-ons. I will miss his deep resounding voice, his obvious love for the country and the presence of knowing someone special. I know he did a country radio dj gig at Tamworth over the years and he came from a family who loved their music too. My heartfelt condolescences go to Shirley and some of the other members of his family he has introduced me to. One of whom has an angelic voice as well.
Catman&Songbird&Kev, Not very often I do 3 of my routines on the same night, and it was a pleasure doing so. especially for Kev who always shares the same enthusiasm for karaoke as the other hosts I enjoy the gigs of as well. The audience seemed to look out as if to say...' oh oh what is he going to do now!!'
