I tried loggin in here to reply to a few posts from another computer and it wouldnt let me post anything unless I chose a different name..not thinking that was very fair I ended up I didn't make the post.
Harry & Karen....I agree not many people do sing Meat Loaf any more purely because I think there are too damn difficult and long.
I still love them tho but then I'm a Jim fan and always will be so I admit I'm bias.
As far as the Waterford goes they always had a good crowd down there because of the Uni.
The combination of young people, loud music and alcohol always brings in a crowd. good luck if your an outsider and want to get a song in....from memory it's hell......
As far as RK is concerned if he still has the venue after all this time, good on him, but I would rather hold my tongue and stay away.
Yesterday I had a friend come around who is very much into the karaoke scene and he mentioned to me the fact that there is an organisation or something going around cracking down on non-legitimate karaoke setups. Can any of you hosts or singers shed some light on this one?
