| From the Where2sing.com forum: I fully agree with both LeatherBaron & Music Addict .................. whilst the host is not the only factor in a good show it certainly is a bigger slice of its success than its failure.
And yes a poor quality host will fail dismally and even lose his/her regulars no matter where the venue may be.
Influencing a show and or its style is one thing, but to tell people they cant sing, cant sing a certain song or to drop them right down in the rotation because they are not a quality singer ........or yes even one that sings monotone ( u like that do u Bojo? ) is definately not the go and will ultimately only come back on them.
