| From the Where2sing.com forum: Happy newyear Funda,over christmas this site was very quiet.No one was writing anything at all,even the front page was hardly changing.To tell you the truth i was getting a bit bored with it.But I wouldnt like it ,if it was that no one ever wrote in here because of the way some individuals only come in to stir up a hornets nest ,with subjects that they know will incite peoples anger.The thing is they start out on one subject ,then before you know it its gone on to something else ,and it snowballs into a slanging match. Why is it that such a wonderful pastime as singing,can bring out so much bitterness in some individuals.Singing is such a happy thing to do.I think its got to all come down to competitiveness,whether they're a singer or a host ,they're always worried that someone else is better or that someone is going to get under their guard and steal their show.I never was aware of so much paranioa(sp) till I got into karaoke.But Ray and I and lots of our friends have made a pact to surround ourselves with only fun-loving people, because misery is infectiouse and we dont want to catch it.
