| From the Where2sing.com forum: Last night at the RG prior to commencing our show.....I ended up talking to a guy who had nothing but a very bad perception of Karaoke and he suggested to me that ALL karaoke singers are CRAP and basically destroy the songs and that Karaoke was unworthy as a valid form of entertainment..........well that got my blood boiling!!
He asked me if we had ever had ANY singers worthy of being in the ranks of being a professional entertainer at our shows.....over the years I said 'Hundreds!!'.........and then proceeded to tell him of the number of professional entertainers we have had singing with us..... not least of which being the Veronicas ....Eeels Band...members of the Farnham band.. many International performing artists on tour.......and many members of local Brisbane bands and shows....he was surprised..........I hope he went away with a different with a different oppinion of Karaoke.........and W2S is the ONLY Valid Karaoke site in Australia ....the others are merely very poor wannabes and hoplessley out of date
