| From the Where2sing.com forum: Barri Tone.......Well that must be one of the most disgusting things i've heard in a long time....re: Mic rubbed between bum cheeks.......What a Asshole for doing that !!! and maybe almost as bad is the host for not changing (or at least a good cleaning in full veiw of patrons ) the Mic !! , you know as with so many things in life , a little commonsense can go a long way , you know people don't need to go over-board with things , but if every-one just takes a little care these things would seldom happen ....ie....if you are coming down with a cold or flu or anything that can be pass-on ...StayHome for a few days (or untill you think its safe to go out )....gargul with a mouth disinfectant before and after singing or partake in a very strong acholic drink ( brandy etc ) just before going on stage and also all hosts , do the right thing and clean your Mic 's offen and good! ... this will stop alot (but not all ) of germs , as everything helps..
