Hi Barri Tone
Yes we still have the song I'D REALLY LOVE TO SEE YOU TONIGHT
We have two versions both VCD’S.
GREATEST LOVE SONGS VOL 1
MILLENIUM LOVE SONGS VOL 1 although I only show one version in our books.
If you come along early you can sing your song 1st and then don’t have to worry about 2,3,4,5 or the 6th singer having bird flew, Ha Ha.
Oh and by the way could you please trim those nose hairs prior to coming, Ha Ha?
On a serious side I have seen only one singer at a Karaoke gig (that was also co Hosting) use his own special mic.
If everyone brought their mics as well as discs we would need another table and singing time would be severely disrupted changing mics for each singer.
I can just see it now “Bob your on next. What Bobs at the toilet, gee I hope he washes his hands but then again no problems Bobs brought his own Mic. Here comes Bob now put your hands together for Bob. Bob bring up your mic, just stand there while we set it up, and tell some jokes or something. Arr now were right, heres Bobby. Sorry Bob it appears your lead or your mic is faulty did you bring a spare or are you willing to sing from ours. No, ok Bob see you next week. NEXT ( a little whisper) gee Lisa this guys got one of those stupid $2 plastic mics………
Why stop at mics, who knows, singers may want to bring their own speakers, mixers, amplifiers, flashing lights, fold backs and a different host with a surgical mask on just to introduce them.
This is all in good humour so please take it as such.
Kind Regards
Kev
