| From the Where2sing.com forum: Hi Kev & All......As i said , a little commonsense can go a long way.....when i did shows ( mainly in winter and in the thick of flu season ) ,i would have 3 stands on stage , 2 with with mic 's on them and 1 with the lead hunging threw the mic holder , so if some-one wished to use there own mic , all they had to do was give the mic to me after i informed everyone as to why the 3rd stand was there for , when it was there turn to sing i would make sure there personal mic was ready for that person to sing with and after they sung i then place the mic back in my care , this worked very well , but i think maybe only 3 or4 people took up the offer on any one night sometimes no-one ! and that care to place a name tag on the Mic ...i hope this hint will help some hosts this coming flu season
