| From the Where2sing.com forum: Are people going ' over-board ' with all this ' high tech ' world we live today , for example i still believe there is a strong place in the karaoke world for hosts using discs , why ? ( from my point of view ) simply i like having a choice of which version of song i sing
I've found with many 'computer gigs ' that I've been to that they seem mostly to have only one rendition of the song ( in most cases ) , usually its what the host believes to be the best rendition too ! so much for personal choice hey !
plus i like taking along many of my own discs as i like to sing many songs that are 'way left ' of the karaoke ' mainstream ' normal songs we hear mostly at karaoke shows
Anyone else shares my opinion on this ? or does anyone disagree with my opinion ?

You know i sold my record collection some time a go ...BIG mistake , they sold very quickly , at a very good price , but now records are having a big revival , people can't seem to get enough of them out there in the world , but in selling them i ended up selling a peace of me silly me.
