And ''please '' this is NOT aimed at any person or karaoke Company in a Negative way , I'm just being the ' Devil advocate ' here.
Should karaoke Companies / hosts or there agents get your written or at least verbal permission of consent before they take your Photo ( including anyone you may be with ) and then place the pictures on ' Facebook ' or there own website or any other website or Media for THERE own promotional needs .
imagine if you are at a show But your partner or other persons in your life think you are somewhere else and they find your photo on the ''net ' '''''''Sprung Mate ''''''
If something does happen which causes a person to have ''problems '' ( for what ever reasons ' ) could there be some Legal ''comeback '' for the host / company or there agents for not seeking written or verbal consent ?
Any thoughts on this possible scenario ?
