You know last year i was doing a ' Charity concert ' and the ' local paper ' person was taking a few ' happy snaps ' for the next edition and he asked me for my permission , and he was also taping this but he also ask me a for a few comments about the day so I'm not to sure if he was recording my ' verbal permission ' or not , so perhaps this may be a ' grey area ' with some people
Now if i was getting up to ' No Good ' heehee , for sure i wouldn't allow anyone to take my photo , especially these days !!!! , but i would probably avoid these places at a hundred miles an hour that do take random photo lol , so perhaps that could work on a down-side for some businesses
