If the host recorded them for you, then he must have a licence from AMCOS to do so legally. If you recorded yourself on stage, I don't know whether the venue or the host is obliged to stop you, but any recording you make will of course be entirely your responsibility. I think it's difficult to make the host or venue responsible for people who record copyrighted material, remembering that the venue may be playing such material in the background everywhere, and that most people now have camera phones.
The real question is about your uploading copyrighted material, where you don't own the copyright, don't have permission from the copyright holders, and don't hold any licence allowing you to use the material.
