I had a similiar discussion (though a tad more intellectual than the poster in question LOL) with a very well known Brisbane DJ some weeks back (Valley Clubs)......I was very surprised by his interpretation of the current copyright regulations......and they were not all that different to our poster below....confusion still reigns!!,....,as I said in an earlier post.if the regulations are NOT policed then the motivation by any DJ/KJ and indeed anybody to thoroughly research and become familiar with the correct information will remain minimal
