| From the Where2sing.com forum: Malley Boy's comment about burnt discs reducing the value of a business by not representing an asset is an interesting comment, and one which I had not considered; my immediate reaction was - 'yeah, right, never thought about about'.
Then I read MA's comment and thought 'so computer files at perhaps a dollar or so each have replaced discs, devaluing anyone's disc collection'. Leading me to think that an operator with a burnt disc collection isn't devaluing his business much after all.
But then I realise that a host who doesn't have a legal collection of music, no matter oin which format, actually doesn't have a saleable business because it doesn't include half of what's needed to legally operate.
