| From the Where2sing.com forum: I would have to totally agree with Malley Boy on taking that extra step and looking after the customers. Its the little things that dont really take much effort from us hosts that bring people back for sure! I have customers who travel up to an hour to come to my gigs rather than close to their home because they say im always fair, polite and get the crowd fired up and behind every singer that gets up on stage...it creates an atmosphere and they love it cos they keep coming back. That comment by leather Baron that the majority wouldnt care is soooo far from reality. You should communicate with them and find out obviousely you dont. you may be surprised!
