As much as I often want to , I've found when I've offered advice in the past , I've received abuse , or close to it in return. Granted , my delivery of that advice may have been a little too blunt for a more than perceived sensetive ego, but often ,as LB said , they just don't care & advice ends up translating as criticism. Be careful not to push too much air past your vocal chords though , that's definately bad singing technique & will wear out your voice too quickly. You dont need to push much more air to sing louder ....
& Vic ... Quite right ! A singer will often struggle to hold their pitch if they can't hear themselves properly
